These terms govern your use of HanBloom, provided by Kael Tech Lab.

About HanBloom

HanBloom provides Chinese vocabulary packs, dictionary search, flashcards, spaced repetition, study statistics, notes, saved words, and optional account and Premium features.

Premium Subscription

HanBloom may offer a Premium subscription through Google Play. The price, billing period, trial or introductory offer, and renewal terms shown by Google Play at purchase are the terms that apply. Subscriptions generally renew until cancelled through Google Play. Deleting your HanBloom account or uninstalling the app does not cancel a Google Play subscription.

Premium access depends on successful purchase verification and the subscription status reported by Google Play. Features and available content may evolve, but we will not describe unfinished functionality as part of a current paid entitlement.

Accounts and Deletion

You are responsible for access to your Google account and device. You may delete your HanBloom account from Settings > Account > Delete Account. Account deletion is permanent for server account and entitlement records; local learning data remains until you clear app storage or uninstall the app. See the account deletion page.

Learning Content

HanBloom supports language study but does not guarantee that every dictionary entry, translation, example, pronunciation, level label, or recommendation is complete or error-free. HanBloom does not guarantee examination, proficiency, admission, employment, or other outcomes.

Your Content and Acceptable Use

You are responsible for notes and content you create. Do not misuse HanBloom, interfere with the service, bypass technical or subscription controls, unlawfully redistribute content, or use the app in violation of law.

Third-Party Services

Google identity, Google Play billing, speech, translation, browser, email, and sharing services may have their own terms and privacy policies. HanBloom does not control those services.

Intellectual Property

HanBloom's name, branding, original design, and software are protected by applicable law. Open-source and third-party dictionary, language, or writing resources remain subject to their respective licences.

Disclaimer and Liability

HanBloom is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kael Tech Lab disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, learning progress, or opportunity.

Changes and Contact

We may update these terms as HanBloom changes. Continued use after an update takes effect means you accept the updated terms. Contact mugen.techlab@gmail.com with questions.
