Delete your HanBloom account

Delete immediately in the app

1. Open HanBloom and sign in.
2. Open Settings, then Account.
3. Select Delete Account, read the notice, and confirm.

When the app confirms deletion, HanBloom permanently removes your server account, active sign-in sessions, subscription entitlement records, and linked subscription event metadata. Only an unlinked deletion receipt and anonymous aggregate counts remain.

If you cannot access the app

Email mugen.techlab@gmail.com from the Google email address used with HanBloom and ask for account deletion. We may request limited verification before deleting the account and will reply when the request is complete.

What is not deleted automatically

Learning progress, notes, settings, and history stored locally on your device remain until you clear HanBloom's app storage or uninstall the app. Account deletion does not cancel your Google Play subscription; cancel or manage it separately in Google Play.
